- VoIP Solutions
- VoIP stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol. Simply put: making phone calls or video calls over the internet instead of the normal phone line. Most people may have experienced this with Skype.

- VPN stands for ‘virtual private network’. In reference to a corporate situation this then simply means a private area which has restricted access and is available for organisatioanl members to use.

- these services cover the storage, use and dissemination of data. Examples of this would include: data back-up, archiving, managed email and messaging or firewalls. Depending on requirements of the individual organisation.

- this refers to the development of advanced CCTV solutions that are now able to integrate far better with the internet and allow far greater flexibility.
- Hosting / Co-location Services
- this is where customers can locate their network, services and storage gear, but also interconnect with a variety of internet and telecommunications providers. Co-Location is becoming very popular.
- High Speed Connectivity
- this refers to the development of Broadband and the increasingly faster options available to the customer. This could occur through services like WiMAX or any other service that can increase bandwidth for the customer.
- Consumer Connectivity
- this is linked to the ease with which the consumer can access, enjoy, benefit and get the most from their Broad Band connection. It’s about looking for solutions that are suitable for individuals and communities.
