this refers to the development of Broadband and the increasingly faster options available to the customer. This could occur through services like WiMAX or any other service that can increase bandwidth for the customer.

this is linked to the ease with which the consumer can access, enjoy, benefit and get the most from their Broad Band connection. It’s about looking for solutions that are suitable for individuals and communities.
